Evaluation of the performance of an external lubrication system implemented in a compaction simulator

The application of internal lubrication is commonly linked to a reduction in tensile strengths and an increase in disintegration times. In contrast, external lubrication involves spraying the lubricant onto tablet tooling, thereby minimizing the adverse effects associated with internally blending the lubricant.
